每位预订客人需支付600元人民币/每人押金，使用后凭付款小票(拍照)退还押金。

COMPLIMENTARY PARKING
Grotta Palazzese restaurant is pleased to inform you that we have complimentary parking for our guest, you will be transferred from the parking to the restaurant by our driver.

TIMETABLE TO BE RESPECTED
We inform our guest that the time limit on dinner is 2 hours, in order to guarantee the availability of the table to the next turn:
from 6pm to 8pm
from 7pm to 9pm
from 8.30pm to 10.30pm
from 9.30pm to 11.30pm
from 10.30pm to 00.30am

CHOICE OF TABLES
Please note that tables are assigned on arrival only.餐桌仅在抵达时分配

DRESS CODE
For Dinner, no shorts or sandals for men. We are dressy, fine dining restaurant, you are going big, so dress the part!

GROUPS
- For more than 4 people we kindly ask to choose one of our tasting menus, realized for all the table

TABLE 1 TO 4 POPLE
- À LA CARTE: - 1 or 2 or 3 dishes €180 per person - 4 dishes €220 per person.(no split menu)

CHILDREN
We love children, but we also love a quiet dining room, therefore we welcome children under 10 years old only at lunch and at 6 pm (first turn for dinner)

Children menu: for 1 course or 2 courses or 3 courses or all menu the prices will be the same €100 per c.

PETS
Generally, pets are not allowed in the restaurant but welcome if small size and you can keep under strict supervision.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or Changes to the reservation are possible 7days prior to the reserved arrival time.
However, if you don’t show up, without previously cancelling your reservation, you will be charged a 600RMB per person no-show fee.

Due to the particular position of the restaurant, the Management reserves the right to cancel the reservation in extraordinary weather conditions.

DELAY TOLERANCE
The reservation has a tolerance for delays up to 20 minutes – not later than 2:30 pm at lunch and 10:30 pm at dinner. After 20 minutes, table will not be guaranteed.
