In the heart of the Opera district, in a quiet corner of Galeries Lafayette, learn the tricks from our French pastry chef for pulling off the perfect macarons. Part of the Paris experience is tasting all the wonderful pastries and macarons, the French specialty.
Uncover the secrets of the macaron and become an expert of this popular dessert.
This one-and-a-half-hour class teaches you the secrets. You will learn how to make the shells and the ganache, which is the filling.
The chef uses local organic products in her recipes. These macarons are a real delicacy with timeless tastes to please everyone: chocolate, pistachio and a selection of other flavors.
Then comes the convivial moment of tasting, shared with a group of 2 to 12 people.
The class is catered towards families. (Minimum: One adult and one kid)
During the class you will make at least 4 macarons that you can eat in our Apartment on the spot or take home.
The chef provides you with the recipe to be able to reproduce it yourself.

- If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Galeries Lafayette reserves the right to cancel the class. In this case, you will be reimbursed for the entirety of the amount paid. You may cancel on your behalf, without fees, up to 48 hours in advance. After this time, the full amount of the class will be charged.
