One of their hostesses will escort you inside the Palace and provide you with an audio guide for an independent tour entirely at your own pace.

On summer week-ends, your package includes the spectacular Fountain Show in the Gardens. On Tuesdays and certain Fridays, it includes the Musical Fountains Show.

Please arrive at the time scheduled for your tour. This is a group entrance at one specific time slot. No refund or postpone is possible in case of late arrival.
Comfortable walking shoes are recommended

由于实施了反恐安全计划（Vigipirate），凡尔赛庄园（通过任何入口进入宫殿、停车场、公园）均不允许携带手提箱和大容量行李箱。行李不得超过55厘米x 35厘米x 20厘米，并且必须在通过安全检查后存放在行李寄存处。

宫殿内不允许以下物品，并且必须将其存放在左侧的行李寄存处：

婴儿推车

金属婴儿背带

笨重的行李

手提箱，背包

雨伞和任何尖锐的物体或钝器。

携带未满一岁的儿童参观宫殿时，建议携带没有金属框架的婴儿袋或吊带。

贵重物品和衣服不能存放在行李箱中。

参观结束后，应在旺季（4月至10月）下午6点之前和淡季（11月至3月）下午5点之前取走行李。

【注意】参观花园之前，请先取回您的个人物品，因为一旦离开，您将无法再次进入。要在离开后再取回行李箱，必须再次进行安全检查和票务检查。但是，凡尔赛宫或特里亚农宫的入场券并不能使您重新进入，只有通过重新购买门票才能进入 。
