The three-hour Icebreaker Sampo cruise is great for those who want to focus on the arctic icebreaking adventure. Our staff will give a concise presentation of the ship. Admire the beauty of vast open ice fields and try floating amongst the ice of the frigid cold sea! You'll be warm and safe inside a special survival suit. Cruise guests get free entrance to the Kemi SnowCastle on the cruise date.

The four-hour Icebreaker Sampo cruise offers the complete luxury icebreaker experience. Feel the by-gone glory of the vessel on a guided tour from the Captain’s bridge all the way down to the engine rooms of this moving museum. Enjoy our delicacies with a scrumptious buffet meal served in the Arctic Restaurant aboard the ship. Try floating amongst the ice of the frigid cold sea in hole broken by the icebreaker into the frozen solid sea! You'll be warm and safe inside a special survival suit.

The harbour is a 15 minute drive away from the city center without public transportation available.
If you are arriving with your own car please arrive at the Sampo Checkin House at Sampotie 137 atleast 30 minutes before your cruise. There is free parking available by the Icebreaker Sampo checkin house. Check-in starts an hour before departure, boarding 30 minutes before departure.
