After this brief culinary warm-up, let the chef guide you in the preparation of three great classics of the Italian cuisine: fresh pasta, homemade ravioli and the delicious tiramisù.

You will have your individual work station, with a wood board, apron, and a rolling pin. The pasta will be seasoned with the best Roman sauce based on the individual taste emerging from a funny food questionnaire: from the classic tomato and basil to a tasty carbonara. Tiramisù time! Let your imagination fly reworking the traditional recipe with a selection of tasty ingredients.
