Cancellation Policy：
Within 35 days prior to arrival: 2 nights charge, plus taxes
Within 15 days prior to arrival: 4 nights charge, plus taxes
No Show: No Refund
Late Arrival: No Refund for Missed Nights
Early Check-Out: 50% of Remaining Nights of Reserved Stay OR 3 nights, plus taxes (whichever is the lesser charge)

Cancellation Policy：
Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival date or guests who no-show (ie guests who do not cancel and fail to arrive) will be charged the equivalent of one night's accommodation.
Cancellations received after check-in will be charged the equivalent of one night's accommodation, in addition to the cost of the nights utilised.
